Appynox is an agency — me, my friends, and our machines. Everything below is designed, built, art-directed, store-listed and shipped from Kathmandu, by a crew that trusts each other's taste.

- IDEA → SPECEvery app starts as a written spec with a market reason — not a vibe. Design docs define tokens, screens and rules before code.
- BUILD, AGENT-ASSISTEDI architect and direct; agents draft, refactor and test. Spec-driven development with review checkpoints — the machine writes, the human judges.
- PERFORMANCE GATESHard budgets before ship: texture memory ceilings, frame-time spikes, cold-start time. A build that misses the budget doesn't ship, full stop.
- STORE KIT, SELF-BUILTIcons, feature graphics, screenshots — generated with a custom drag-and-drop composer I built because doing it by hand twice was once too many.
- SHIP → LISTEN → REPEATClosed testing, rapid build cadence, real feedback. Verse 2.47 handles the reviews.
