I AUTOMATE THE WORK YOUR TEAM REPEATS.
I do AI automation for businesses in Nepal: the repetitive staff work, the social media, the outreach. Most owners cannot name the tasks eating their week. They only feel the week disappear. So that is job one. I watch how your business actually runs, every person, every tool, every handoff, and everything that only lives inside one person's head. Then I automate the biggest time sink first.
Based in Kathmandu, working with businesses across Nepal. Nothing posts, sends or replies without your approval.
THE FIRST STEP IS FREE
- 2 WEEKS
- I watch how the work actually moves.
- 1 MAP
- Every repeating task, ranked by the hours it eats.
- 0 RUPEES
- The audit costs you nothing.
- THEN
- You decide what is worth building. The map is yours either way.
WHERE THE WEEK GOES// the shapes I look for. you will recognise at least three.
- Order takingA message lands on Viber or WhatsApp. Someone types it into a sheet. Someone types it again into the bill book.
- Daily reportsThe same numbers, copied into the same format, every single evening.
- The same questionsPrice, location, opening hours, delivery. Answered by a person who has already answered them a thousand times.
- Social postingOne photo turned into four captions for four platforms, by hand, several times a week.
- Follow upsWho was called, who was missed, and who nobody can remember either way.
- Chasing paymentReading back through old invoices to work out who still owes you money.
- OnboardingThe way things are done lives in one senior person's head, and walks out of the door with them.
None of this needs a new app your staff has to learn. Most of it can run quietly behind the tools they already open every morning.
HOW IT WORKS// four phases. you can stop after the second one and owe nothing.
-
WEEK 1 TO 2
WATCH
I sit with how your business already runs. No changes, no new software, no disruption. I record what each person repeats, which tools they open, and where work stops to wait.
-
WEEK 2
MAP
You get a written map: every repeating task, the hours a week it costs you, how hard it is to automate, and what I would do first. Yours to keep whether or not you hire me.
-
WEEK 3 TO 6
BUILD ONE
We take one thing off the top of that map and I build it properly, tested against your real work. One automation that actually runs beats a plan for ten that do not.
-
ONGOING
RUN
It runs, it reports what it did, and it tells you when it breaks. We add the next thing on the list whenever you are ready, at your pace.
WHAT I WATCH// you do not need to know where to automate. that is the point of this part.
PEOPLE
What each person actually does with their day, in their own words. Not the job description. The real work, including the parts nobody thinks to mention.
SOFTWARE
Every tool in use. The accounting system, the spreadsheet nobody officially admits to, and the WhatsApp group quietly doing half the job.
HANDOFFS
Where work waits on one person, gets retyped from one system into another, or falls between two people who each assumed the other had it.
DOCUMENTATION
What is written down, what is three years out of date, and what exists only inside one person's head. That last category is the expensive one.
The output is a single ranked list: every repeating task, the hours it eats per week, the effort to automate it, and the order worth doing it in. You keep that list either way.
WHAT I BUILD// three lanes. most businesses start in one and move outward.
REPETITIVE STAFF WORK
THE BACK OFFICE
The copying, retyping and chasing that fills a day without moving the business forward. Your people keep the judgment. The machine takes the keyboard work.
- Orders arriving on Viber or WhatsApp captured into your sheet or system automatically
- Daily and weekly reports that build themselves from data you already have
- Invoices and payment reminders going out on schedule, in your format and your language
- Attendance, leave and shift records collected into one place instead of four
- The routine customer questions answered instantly, and handed to a person the moment they are not routine
- Your process written down once, then run the same way every time by everyone
SOCIAL MEDIA
ALREADY RUNNING IN PRODUCTION
This is the lane with receipts. A system I built runs the full content operation for a client with ten brand accounts, and it has been doing it daily.
- Research and ideas drawn from what is actually working in your category
- Captions written for each platform, not one caption pasted into four boxes
- Graphics designed to your brand rules rather than a stock template
- An independent review pass that checks the work before it ever reaches you
- Scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Monthly numbers fed back in, so next month's posts are chosen on evidence
- You approve every post. Nothing publishes on its own.

OUTREACH
FINDING THEM AND FOLLOWING UP
The part every business intends to do properly and quietly stops doing by Wednesday. Consistency is the whole game, and consistency is what machines are for.
- Lead lists built and cleaned from real sources, not scraped junk
- First messages written for the specific prospect, not a mail merge with a name slotted in
- Follow up sequences that stop the second someone replies
- Replies sorted so your people only spend time on the live ones
- Your CRM or sheet kept accurate without anyone assigned to maintain it
- A weekly shortlist of who is genuinely worth calling
WHO AI AUTOMATION ACTUALLY SUITS IN NEPAL// the shapes this usually takes. illustrative, not a client list.
- Retail and tradingStock counts, supplier price lists and daily sales totals that currently move between Excel, a bill book and a Viber group.
- Restaurants and cafesTable and delivery orders arriving on three different apps, plus the daily closing report someone types out by hand every night.
- Travel and trekkingEnquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp and email landing in three places, then itineraries and permit paperwork rebuilt from scratch each time.
- Clinics and diagnosticsAppointment reminders, follow up calls and report delivery that quietly depend on one person remembering.
- Schools and institutesAdmission enquiries, fee reminders and attendance records kept in parallel registers that never quite agree.
- Real estate and constructionLead follow up that stops after two days, and site updates that live in a chat thread nobody can search later.
- Agencies and consultanciesClient reporting, proposal drafting and the weekly status update that eats a senior person's Friday.
- Import and manufacturingOrder tracking, customs paperwork and reorder points worked out by memory instead of by the numbers you already hold.
Your business is probably not on this list in the exact words you would use. That is fine. The audit exists precisely because the answer is different in every business, and guessing it from a website is how automation projects go wrong.
WHAT I BUILD IT WITH// boring, proven tools. the clever part is the design, not the logo.
WORKFLOW LAYER
n8n, Make or Zapier, whichever is cheapest for your shape of work. Self hosted n8n when the volume makes subscriptions silly.
WHERE YOUR DATA ALREADY IS
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Excel, your accounting system. I connect to what you pay for rather than moving you onto something new.
MESSAGING
Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and plain email, because that is where Nepali customers actually are.
AI, ONLY WHERE IT EARNS IT
A language model goes in where real judgment is needed. Everywhere else, ordinary code is cheaper, faster and does not invent things.
If an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem outright, I will say so and you will not owe me a build. The goal is fewer hours lost, not more software.
YOU KEEP THE KEYS// the rules I work under, stated before you ask.
- NOTHING GOES OUT WITHOUT YOUEvery post, message and email waits for a human yes. An automation you cannot stop is a liability, not an asset.
- YOUR ACCOUNTS STAY YOURSI work inside the tools you already own and pay for. You can see everything the system does, and remove my access in one click.
- YOUR STAFF STOP RETYPING, NOT WORKINGThe target is the copy and paste, not the payroll. If you are looking for headcount cuts, I am the wrong person to call.
- IT FAILS LOUDLYEvery automation logs what it did and reports when it breaks. You hear about a problem from the system, not from an angry customer.
- YOU GET THE HANDOVERDocumentation, access, and a written explanation of how each piece works. Nothing I build should need me forever.
RECEIPTS// real numbers from work that shipped. no testimonials I cannot back up.

242KCLICKS A YEAR ON A FREE TOOL I BUILT FOR NEPALI STUDENTS
I am a fourth year engineering student at Pulchowk Campus and I run Appynox with friends. We have shipped a game on Google Play, two live calculators, and apps that run machine learning on the device instead of in someone else's cloud.
The content system above is real client work, running now. If you want the architecture rather than the sales pitch, it is written up on the AI page. Everything on this page is something I can walk you through on a call.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS// the questions every owner in Nepal asks me.
> How much does AI automation cost in Nepal?
The first conversation and the audit cost nothing. At the end of the audit you have a ranked list of what is worth automating, what each one takes to build, and what it would save. Then you decide if any of it is worth paying for. Pricing depends entirely on what the map turns up, so I do not quote a retainer before you have seen it. Most Nepali businesses start with one workflow, not a platform.
> Will AI automation replace my staff?
No, and I would tell you if it did. I automate the retyping, not the judgment. Nobody was hired to copy numbers between two screens. If your goal is cutting headcount, hire a consultant who promises that. I would rather your best people stop doing data entry.
> We are not a tech company. Will our staff actually use it?
If they have to think about it, I have designed it wrong. The best automation is the one nobody has to open. Most of what I build runs behind the tools your team already uses: the Excel sheet, the email inbox, the Viber or WhatsApp thread. If your staff need training on a new dashboard to get any value, that is my failure, not theirs.
> Is my customer data safe?
I work inside accounts you already own and control. Your customer list does not get uploaded somewhere new to make this work. You can see every action the system takes, and revoke my access at any moment without asking me.
> Which automation tools do you build with?
Whatever actually fits the job. The workflow layer is usually n8n, Make or Zapier. The data usually already lives in the Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Excel files you pay for today. A language model goes in only where real judgment is needed, because it is the expensive part. When an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem outright, I will tell you that instead of building something you have to maintain.
> Do you work with businesses outside Kathmandu?
Yes. The watching phase is easiest in person, so Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur are simplest to serve. For Pokhara, Chitwan, Biratnagar, Butwal and further out I run the same audit over video calls plus a short visit. Once an automation is live it runs in the cloud, so where your office sits stops mattering.
> What happens if it breaks and you are not around?
Every automation logs what it did and reports its own failures, so a problem is visible the day it happens rather than the month it happens. You get the documentation, the credentials and a written handover. If you ever want to hand it to someone else, everything they need is already written down.
